It's mid-October, and it's Sunday evening. We had a nice weekend here in Yankton - we went on family walks, watched some baseball, completed a few projects ... good times.

Henry continues to develop his sense of humor. On Saturday we went on a family walk at Cedar Ridge, where the wild turkeys roam. At one point we saw a herd of them, and Daddy made some turkey noises. Then he made the same turkey noises while holding his hand up to his mouth, as if to throw his voice. Well, Henry picked RIGHT up on it. A minute later, he came up to us and, with his fingers over his mouth said ... "Gobble gobble gobble!" Daddy and Mommy looked at each other with "Did he just do what we think he did?" looks. And then again, with his fingers over his mouth, "GOBBLE GOBBLE GOBBLE!!!" (Oh man ... so cute!) So we played along, saying things like, "Hey, did you just hear that wild turkey?" And he burst with laughter and wanted to play the new game over and over and over and over. We enjoyed it almost as much as he did and played along. Really fun.

Earlier this evening, he and Mommy shared a treat. We'll post some video of that ...
